Our software is primarily designed to be compatible with the Windows operating system. However, it is also possible to run our software on an Apple Mac by utilising either the Boot Camp feature available on your Mac or by installing third-party software like Parallels Desktop, which enables Windows to run on a Mac. These options allow Mac users to enjoy the full functionality of our software on their devices.

After downloading and installing your software title, running the program will automatically open the “Registration Window.” Inside this window, you will find a computer-specific “Serial Number.” To register the software, visit the Aviation Courseware website, fill out the Registration Form, and submit it. Once received, we will promptly provide you with a unique registration key for your software.

Upon purchase of our Software, customers are entitled to a single registration. For subsequent registrations, a re-registration fee equal to the current purchase price of the Software as listed on our Aviation Courseware website will apply. Exceptions may be considered for situations such as theft or hardware failures, upon detailed explanation and at our discretion. Re-registrations and fee payments are to be handled by contacting our Support team at support@aviationcourseware.co.za. Policies may be updated periodically, and customers are responsible for checking for changes.

Please note that our software is not currently designed to run on mobile devices and tablets. 

No, when you purchase online, you will not receive a printed manual and physical disk. Instead, you will be provided with a digital download of the software.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access and download your digital product.

Once you have purchased a digital download, you will be allowed to download it once. 

Unfortunately, digital downloads are typically not refundable due to the nature of the product. Once the software or digital content has been downloaded, there is no way to recall or return it. It’s important to carefully consider your purchase before completing the download.

Our terms and conditions of digital downloads restrict sharing with others. Our products are intended for personal use and should not be shared or distributed without proper authorisation.
